As a Security Officer Full Time Premises Patrol in Monroeville, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as education, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic educational facility, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working with a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity every day.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.75 / Hour

Job Schedule: 3:00PM-11:00PM Monday-Friday

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, service lanes, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify issues requiring attention.
• Monitor access points, assist with visitor and vehicle entry procedures, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support daily operations by remaining visible throughout the location, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders related to security-related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
