Enrichment Partner (Caregiver) Program Floater All Benevilla Adult Day Programs - Surprise, Sun City & Peoria, AZ $15.65 per hour (non‑negotiable due to contract rates) Schedule: 30‑39 hours per week between 8:00 am‑5:00 pm. Will be floating/covering as needed at any of our three life enrichment programs located in Peoria, Sun City & Surprise, AZ (programs closed evenings and weekends). Make a Difference Every Day. Assist with personal care and daily living needs. Build positive, respectful relationships with members and teammates. Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and structured environment. Provide coverage support based on member ratio needs. What You’ll Need: Reliable transportation to Peoria, Sun City or Surprise. High school diploma or GED. 1–2 years of current or recent caregiving or adult day program experience (dementia experience a plus). Ability to pass a background check. Current, unexpired Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR certification, TB clearance, First Aid, Food Handlers Card, and Article 9 certification (assistance with costs provided).
