NICU Nurse

Role: NICU Nurse Responsibilities Provide and coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, perform technical skills, and utilize the nursing process to meet individual needs. Demonstrate knowledge of human development, assessment, and age-appropriate treatment for common neonatal diagnoses such as respiratory distress, prematurity, hypoglycemia, and sepsis. Promote excellent customer service and emotional support to patients and their families. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current licensure by a recognized Board of Nursing, BLS certification, and RN experience. NRP certification required within 90 days, STABLE certification within 6 months, and NICU experience preferred. Key Duties Deliver high-quality neonatal care, perform procedures, assess patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
