Step into a hands-on coatings role where precision, safety, and teamwork define your day. You’ll start by reviewing project specs, setting up your spray gear, and preparing surfaces so the final finish looks great and lasts. Throughout the shift, you’ll collaborate with teammates to hit timelines, keep the workspace orderly, and uphold our quality standards.
Schedule options: 1st Shift and Weekend Shift
What You’ll Handle- Prepare substrates by cleaning, sanding, and priming for optimal adhesion.
- Apply coatings with spray systems to achieve uniform coverage and consistent, high-caliber finishes.
- Mix and color-match paints to meet exact project requirements.
- Care for your tools—maintain, troubleshoot, and clean all painting equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and keep a tidy, hazard-free area.
- Partner with the team to deliver jobs on time and to specification.
- Examine completed work and perform touch-ups to meet quality benchmarks.
- Demonstrated background in industrial and commercial painting.
- Meticulous attention to detail with pride in craftsmanship.
- Self-starter who also thrives in a collaborative setting.
- Working knowledge of safety practices in painting and construction settings.
- Physical endurance, including the ability to lift heavy materials.
- Clear communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
