Sales Coordinator OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting sales teams, coordinating custom projects, and working across departments. You will play an important role in keeping customer projects organized, accurate, and moving forward successfully.We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales team and coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through quoting, approvals, production release, delivery, and installation coordination. 7am-330pm Fully in-Office (no remote option) ResponsibilitiesAccurate quotes and proposals using AutoQuotes.Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals.Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications.Accurate project files and customer correspondence.Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants.Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role.Proven experience with AutoQuotes (or similar), including data management and reporting.Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
