Responsibilities:

• Providing support for project management activities, including project planning, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Responsibility for supporting the development and implementation of supply chain strategies for new product introductions.
• Ensuring support and follow-up on production ramp-ups and engineering changes.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, procurement, logistics, production, engineering, and other stakeholders, to ensure the timely completion of project tasks.
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, such as supplier capacity constraints and delivery delays.
• Identifying supply chain optimization and process improvement opportunities, such as streamlining processes, optimizing inventory levels, improving transportation and logistics, and enhancing supplier performance.
• Project planning execution, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation according to the budget.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, statistics and mathematics
• Pronounced interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable team player
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
