Role Overview Licensed Insurance Sales Agent – Field role with a fully commission‑based pay structure, sign‑on bonus and uncapped commissions. Full‑time with benefits. Prospect for new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships by collecting premiums on a pre‑arranged schedule. Respond promptly to service requests (beneficiary changes, claims, loans). Record keeping, account for money collected, and process policy paperwork. Grow the assigned territory through new sales and build strong working relationships with customers. Pursue continuous professional development in insurance products and sales effectiveness. Qualifications Fully licensed to sell all Kemper Life products (Life, Health, P&C) in your resident state. Customer service experience. At least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license with required auto insurance coverage. Dependable vehicle for daily travel. Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
