Director of Sales | Material-Handling Division

Full-Time | Executive Level

Are you a results-driven sales leader with a proven track record in technical solution sales and complex, high-value accounts? We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives for material-handling and warehouse automation solutions.

This is a hands-on, strategic sales role -ideal for someone who thrives managing multi-million-dollar, long-cycle projects while collaborating closely with engineering, realization, and service teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end sales execution from lead qualification through contract negotiation and handover to realization and after-sales teams.
Manage complex, long-cycle deals (12-24 months) with key accounts, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including executives, consultants, and end-users.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans , including proposals, calculations, and solution concepts in collaboration with technical teams.
Negotiate contracts and oversee the handover of sold projects , ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic partners, acting as the primary escalation point for client matters.
Ensure CRM accuracy, sales process standardization , and adherence to structured sales methodologies.
Support marketing initiatives including tradeshows, exhibitions, and client events to expand brand presence and generate pipeline.

Who You Are

A proven sales professional with experience in technical solution sales, preferably in material-handling, warehouse automation, or logistics technology.
Experienced in managing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts with long sales cycles (12-24 months).
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and negotiation skills , with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
Skilled at leading project teams , fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
Comfortable with domestic and international travel (up to 40%).
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a structured approach to opportunity and pipeline management.
