Service Advisor Job Summary As a Service Advisor, you will: Greet customers and assess their vehicle issues. Explain necessary repairs and associated costs clearly and concisely. Schedule service appointments efficiently. Prepare accurate service estimates. Ensure timely and quality service delivery. Create exceptional customer experiences that exceed Manufacturer standards for Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
