Project Development Manager

Struction Solutions is seeking a Project Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of new school construction andmodernization projects. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules,and budgets while ensuring successful coordination across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Leadand coordinate pre-construction activities, ensuring projects meet budget,schedule, and scope requirements. Managemultiple school projects, resolving complex planning, design, andconstruction issues. Superviseand evaluate Assistant Facility Development Managers (AFDMs), DesignManagers (DMs), and design professionals. Monitorproject budgets, schedules, and overall progress, providing reports to keystakeholders. Support A/E contract administration and bid planning, review contract scopes, fees, and payment applications, and provide fiscal oversight for multiple projects. Collaboratewith government and utility agencies to facilitate project approvals andcompletion. Support project compliance with applicable environmental and agency requirements, with preferred experience involving CEQA, LEED, CHPS, and major public-facility a Coordinateproject activities with internal departments, including EnvironmentalHealth & Safety, Design & A/E Technical Support, and FacilitiesContract Administration. Developinternal policies and procedures to improve project efficiency. Requirements: 10+years of experience managing capital project planning, design, andconstruction. Bachelor’sdegree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
