Your future role at a glance Location: Austin, TX Facility: Dell Children's Medical Center Department/Specialty: Pediatric MultiSpeciality Clinic Schedule: Days | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Lead daily operations: Supervise workflows, nursing activities, and unit resources to keep patient care running smoothly. Guide and develop the team: Handle hiring, training, direct supervision, ongoing development, and performance reviews. Solve care challenges: Quickly identify and address any issues that impact the quality or delivery of patient care. Manage the budget: Oversee spending, approve purchases, and ensure the unit stays aligned with financial goals while meeting all regulatory standards. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience required. 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
