Job Skills / Requirements Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7am-7pm Payrate: $17hr The Security Guard will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors. Essential Functions: Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Obtains help by sounding alarms. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; Documenting statements; obtaining signatures. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. Requires extensive interior/exterior patrols to assigned areas. Other duties as assigned.
