\nSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00/4:30pm
\nWork Arrangement: 100% Onsite
\nContract Length: 3–6 months
\nPay: $38/hr - $40/hr

\n \nAbout the Opportunity
\nOur client is seeking a Recruiter to provide temporary recruiting support as the company continues to strategically grow its workforce. This recruiter will partner closely with Human Resources and hiring managers to manage approximately 10–12 open positions at a time, supporting the recruiting process from sourcing through interview coordination and candidate follow-up. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter or HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has experience recruiting for professional and manufacturing-related positions .
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Manage approximately 10–12 open requisitions at a time. \n
- Recruit primarily for engineering, supply chain, and operations positions. \n
- Provide recruiting support for hourly manufacturing and CNC positions as needed. \n
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Smart Sourcing, Indeed, and other recruiting resources. \n
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls and evaluate candidates against position requirements. \n
- Prepare and communicate candidate screening notes and recommendations to HR and hiring managers. \n
- Coordinate onsite interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process. \n
- Gather hiring manager feedback following interviews and communicate next steps to candidates. \n
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the ATS. \n
- Partner with HR leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies for challenging positions. \n
Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field with recent recruiting experience, OR 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition responsibilities. \n
- Experience recruiting within the local market strongly preferred. \n
- Ability to explain recruiting strategies and sourcing approaches for different types of positions. \n
- Strong communication, professionalism, organization, and follow-through. \n
- Comfortable working independently while partnering closely with HR and hiring managers. \n
