Automation Lead - Copilot / AI-Based Agents

Required Skills 10+ years of experience in automation testing and QA engineering. Strong expertise in GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development for test automation. Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience designing scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. Experience in test optimization, debugging, and reliability improvement. Knowledge of secure coding practices and automation governance. Responsibilities Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot and AI-based coding assistants in test automation practices. Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing. Use AI tools to accelerate test script creation, refactoring, and debugging. Define and enforce standards for AI-assisted test generation and code quality governance. Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines aligned with DevOps practices. Evaluate and improve test coverage, execution speed, and framework reliability. Ensure compliance with secure coding and AI usage policies.
