Eden Heights of Eden Classification: EXEMPT Position Summary To lead and direct the overall operations of the community in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and Premier Senior Living policies, with a focus on maintaining excellent care for the residents while achieving the community’s business objectives. Essential Job Functions Community Management Compliance Management Community Staffing and Retention Business Management Marketing and Revenue Management Community Relations Qualifications 3 years of operations experience working in Senior Living, Assisted Living, and/or Memory Care. Meet all health requirements including TB and required immunizations. Premier Senior Living, LLC is a leader in providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services to seniors.
