Requirements Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Auto insurance and/or Homeowners insurance experience is preferred Prior Allstate Experience is preferred Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Must be highly self-motivated. Career minded vision. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Minimum 3-5 years prior successful sales experience is preferred.
