Immediate Hiring for Construction/Production Workers

Titan Homes, a division of Champion Home Builders, Inc., is seeking General Production workers to join our team in the Sangerfield, NY facility. Location: Sangerfield, NY (approx 30 minutes from Utica, Cazenovia, Sherburne, Richfield Springs). Full benefit package including retirement with company match. All first shift Monday - Friday. Paid weekly - $20-$27 per hour - based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned. Keeps area neat and clean. Read and use a tape measure. Read blueprints and orders. Communicate well with coworkers. Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools. Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing is desired. Physical requirements: while performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
