Transformation Change Integration Leader

Location: Remote

Department: Corporate Services

Responsibilities vary depending on the specific corporate function but may include:

• Supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and organizational growth by maintaining a unified view of transformation activities across teams.
• Partnering with cross functional teams to improve processes reporting and alignment across multiple transformation workstreams.
• Managing programs and workflows related to change integration including tracking dependencies identifying risks and ensuring coordination across teams.
• Analyzing data insights and change readiness indicators to inform decision making and improve transformation outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies change management standards and best practices across programs.
• Contributing to a collaborative culture by connecting stakeholders aligning priorities and supporting a One Alera Group transformation approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration organizational development communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in a corporate function such as transformation program management change management operations or organizational development.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with experience influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project tracking tools such as Monday.com or Smartsheet.

Benefits

• Salary range: $120,000 – $170,000 per year.
