Weare seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator tojoin our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee dailyadministrative operations and ensure smooth communication betweendepartments. If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment,this role is for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeand manage office functions, including scheduling andcorrespondence.
  • Maintainorganized records and handle confidential information.
  • Supportaccounting with invoice management and payrollcoordination.
  • Assistwith onboarding processes and document management.
  • Serveas the point of contact for team and client inquiries.
Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimumof 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellentcommunication and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledgeof Zoho CRM is a plus.
  • Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills.
