We are seeking a manager to lead and grow our Macomb County, MI operations. In this role, you’ll be the center of daily operations, team development, customer experience, and community impact – all while reinforcing our commitment to excellence and integrity. What You’ll Do: Leadership & Team Development Inspire, mentor, and support your colleagues to do their best work. Motivate the team to maintain a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Guide onboarding, ongoing training, and professional growth opportunities. Foster a trusting, inclusive culture where everyone feels heard and empowered. Operational Excellence Manage the daily operations, including processing and closings. Monitor workflows, quality control, and performance to meet company expectations. Assist colleagues and customers with creative solutions. Client & Market Relationships Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys. Be a trusted face of the branch – delivering exceptional service with honesty and professionalism. Strategic Growth Build and maintain a collaborative work environment that fosters great rapport with the sales team to drive and achieve annual revenue and profit goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop business growth plans and identify opportunities to expand our market reach.
