$121.5k - $151.9kRivian
About Rivian Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever. This goes for the emissions-free Electric Adventure Vehicles we build, and the curious, courageous souls we seek to attract.
As a company, we constantly challenge what's possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.
Role Summary This role functions as the connective tissue between technical engineering and operational execution, ensuring vehicle programs stay on schedule. You will serve as a strategic facilitator, navigating high-level trade-offs across the supply chain and manufacturing while maintaining the accountability needed for issue resolution. Beyond coordination, you are expected to be a data-driven problem solver who optimizes internal toolchains and root-causes systemic issues to improve reporting accuracy. Ultimately, you act as a vital deputy to program leadership, translating raw engineering challenges into streamlined, automated processes that support executive decision-making .
