Volt is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Technician in Andover, Maine

As a Warehouse Technician – you will:

Day to day responsibilities:

• Perform product and equipment testing.
• Read and interpret schematics and specifications.
• Calibrate and verify test instruments.
• Troubleshoot and debug equipment and processes.
• Create and update test procedures.
• Maintain test records and documentation.
• Support operations in a warehouse environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Warehouse Operations, Functional Testing
• 6+ years of hands-on testing, debugging, or engineering technician experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Functional testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting expertise.
• Test equipment operation, calibration, and verification.
• Experience developing and improving test programs and procedures.
• Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electronic, electrical, or electromechanical systems.
• Technical documentation and reporting skills.
• Process improvement and continuous improvement experience.
• Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or a related field

This is a full-time, Contract opportunity: Shift: 10:00AM – 6:30PM

Pay rate*: $24.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
