Public Utilities Specialist (Business Analyst)
As a Public Utilities Specialist (Business Analyst), you will:
- Administer the Transmission Services' commercial systems including configuration, modeling, validations, and user and customer management to ensure proper operation of the commercial business systems.
- Provide analysis, design, and implementation for commercial business systems and processes for Transmission Services.
- Provide help desk support and other communications to internal & external customers in support of the Transmission Services commercial business.
- Develop and provide internal and external training for Transmission Services commercial systems & processes.
- Lead and participate in structured change management practices for commercial systems and processes.
- Daily and weekly system checks to ensure operational compliance with agency policy statements, national and regional compliance standards including but not limited to WECC and NERC.
