Job Description & Requirements Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week contract in Greater Chicago, Illinois. Position Highlights Outpatient Rehabilitation Setting 13‑Week Travel Contract Full‑Time Schedule (40 hrs per week) Adult Patient Population Collaborative Rehab Team Greater Chicago Area Location: Greater Chicago, Illinois Discipline: Physical Therapist Shift: 8 hours, days Travel – employer will provide arrangements Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s functional goals. Treat orthopedic, post‑surgical, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions. Provide therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance training, manual therapy, and functional mobility interventions. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies. Complete timely documentation and progress reporting. Qualifications Illinois Physical Therapist license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Outpatient experience preferred. Availability for 13‑week contract (full‑time, 40hrs/week). Strong communication and teamwork skills.
