Responsibilities Perform direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborate with the RN on the plan of care. Direct patient care which may include assisting with ADLs, medication administration, and phlebotomy. Provide indirect care including order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education. Collaborate with other team members to perform other unit services as directed. Qualifications Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
