Credit Controller

Key Responsibilities Responsible for collection of accounts receivable, via dunning processes and / or account reconciliation Preparing and delivering to core KPIs including overdue debt and DSO targets for department and stakeholder use Regular weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly meetings with internal stakeholders Support to the Credit Manager in the collection over £75m customer debt per annum, through appropriate dunning processes and customer relationship management Ensuring that the team provide excellent customer service; guidance and support to internal and external customers. Ensuring team wide compliance with appropriate processes and controls – leading efficiency improvements and resolving any issues as required. Operation and maintenance of a robust control environment ensuring integrity of all relevant processes and ledgers And any other task requested by your Department head or any senior manager. Company Overview CPI Mortars were pioneers within the UK construction materials industry in the late 1990’s with the construction of the UK’s first dry mortar plant. It is now the only national dry mortar producer operating across a network of nine EuroMix manufacturing plants. EuroMix dry mortars, renders, plasters and concretes are used by major construction companies in the UK on housing, industrial, educational and infrastructure projects. CPI also operates a state-of-the-art bagging operation at Carlton Manufacturing which supplies the merchant and contractors’ market with a range of bagged ready to use concrete, mortar and fence post mixes.
