Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM )

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative , you'll be the voice of our company-helping customers with their service needs and ensuring smooth operations for our drivers and teams. This role is about more than answering calls-it's about building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact .

What You'll Do

• Answer customer calls and process requests for new service, changes, or discontinuation

• Accept payments, research billing inquiries, and update account information

• Work closely with drivers and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service

• Resolve customer issues with cost-effective, safe, and environmentally responsible solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and a passion for helping people
