Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Position Title: Maintenance Mechanic Pay Rate: $34.48 - $40.31 Sign On Bonus

• $500 after 6 months
• $500 after 1 year

Rotating Shift Schedule Night Shift Schedule (6pm -6am) Work Location: 1900 8th Street NE, Austin MN, 55912 For a realistic preview of working for International Paper, please copy the links below to watch two short videos: The Job You Will Perform: * Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and minor repairs; document work in CMMS. * Support troubleshooting and repair of corrugators, die cutters, conveyors, and related equipment. * Assist with electrical tasks including motors, sensors, switches, safety devices, and basic PLC diagnostics; follow LOTO procedures. * Support boiler operations, inspections, water sampling, and regulatory compliance. * Obtain MN Special Class Boiler License (90 days) and 2B License (within 2 years). * Meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs; standing, bending, climbing) and work safely in an industrial environment using required PPE.

• Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices
