There has never been a better time to join Live Nation.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist with all aspects of production as needed including but not limited to artist hospitality, distribution of daily show information, show passes, and guest lists.Make quick drives to buy or deliver items for touring and house production as needed.Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talentAssist with Green Room or hospitality related artist needs including the shop, set up, maintenance, and break down of craft service areasAnticipate needs of touring and house production teams. Assist wherever necessary to ensure shows run smoothly and on time.Maintain Company safety and sanitation standardsEnsure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutterKnowledge of region to properly locate restaurants, stores, music stores, area attractions, etc.Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to Company policyMust have a reliable automobile and provide proof of insuranceMust have an exceptional driving recordHave working knowledge of all music, promotional or special events in the houseHave the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentQualificationsRequired:Must have knowledge of touring or stage production operations(State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement)/ Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or equivalentHigh School diploma or equivalentFlexible schedule, ability to work late hours and long daysAbove average time management and multi-tasking skills.Strong organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and punctualOverall Positive and Professional AttitudeTolerance of all cultures, music, and art formsPreferred:3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environmentAbility to understand and work within Union Labor practices and policies.Proficient with Microsoft Suite ApplicationsExperience in a live music environmentPhysical Demands/Working EnvironmentWorking environment is fast paced, often loud and stressfulPosition requires extended periods of prolonged standing and working on your feet both indoors and outdoorsMust be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniquesIntensely physical environmentEqual Employment OpportunityWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
