Responsibilities As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will: Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Provide individual psychotherapy through in-person and telehealth sessions. Treat clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and other mental health conditions. Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and trauma-informed interventions. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Monitor treatment progress and modify interventions based on client needs. Collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, schools, and community resources when clinically appropriate. Participate in case consultation, supervision, and professional development. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards in accordance with Maryland regulations. Qualifications Required Active Maryland LGPC or LCPC license Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field Minimum one year of clinical experience in private practice, outpatient behavioral health, or community mental health Experience providing individual psychotherapy Strong diagnostic assessment and treatment planning skills Excellent written documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, client-centered care Preferred Experience treating: Anxiety Disorders Depression Trauma & PTSD Women's Mental Health Burnout Life Transitions Relationship Issues Stress Management Grief Adjustment Disorders Experience with: Telehealth Electronic Health Records (SimplePractice preferred) Why Join Luxe Counseling Group?
