Appointment Setter

Role Description The Appointment Setter is a full-time on site role based in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying interest, and setting appointments for the sales management teams. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, updating CRM records, and confirming appointment details to ensure a smooth handoff to team members. The role also involves following up on leads from digital campaigns, maintaining accurate schedules, and communicating clearly with prospects and team members. Success in this role is measured by appointment quality, conversion rates, and consistent, professional client interactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently. Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and follow up with prospects from multiple marketing channels. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear phone etiquette, professional email writing, and active listening. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle questions, resolve minor concerns, and create a positive first impression.
