Job Description

Warehouse / Production Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Production Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role may include material handling, assembly, packaging, order preparation, quality inspection, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to work instructions
Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
Count, sort, and organize inventory and production materials
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
Complete production and shipping paperwork accurately
Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Meet daily production and attendance expectations
Work effectively as part of a team and independently

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail
Basic math and measurement skills
Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality requirements

Schedule & Pay

Shift: 1st Shift
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday
