Pay Rate: $22-26/HR

Location: 100 Medical Pkwy, Lakeview TX - M-F 8am 5pm

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Working in a hospital/Lakeway campus Because this is customer/client facing, candidate will need to dress appropriately Team Overview: Candidate will initially be working with a team, then will work independently Resource's typical working day: Check in with lead and start on work orders There will be a variety of tasks - Painting - Basic electrical - Basic plumbing - General maintenance

Must Have Skills: Great people skills Must have excellent painting skills Nice to have skills: Plumbing skills Years of Experience: 1-2 Education: h.s. diploma or GED Software skills: basic computer skills
