Strong Potential for Permanent Conversion We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing Talent Acquisition team supporting a large, well-established organization. This position is being hired on a contract basis with the intent of evaluating long‑term fit, performance, and cultural alignment. Contractors who demonstrate strong performance, collaboration, and business impact are considered for permanent employment opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for management, professional, and high‑volume hiring needs Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and sourcing strategies Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, social media, networking, and strategic partnerships Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruiting support Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring data to improve recruiting effectiveness and reduce time‑to‑fill Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination Support college recruiting, internship programs, and talent pipeline initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO guidelines, company policies, and recruiting best practices Assist with onboarding, orientation, and candidate experience initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources experience Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment and implementing sourcing strategies Strong expertise using: Indeed AI‑powered sourcing and recruiting tools Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and conducting advanced sourcing research Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred Experience recruiting within large corporate environments SHRM, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting certifications Experience training recruiters or supporting recruitment process improvements Experience leveraging recruiting automation and AI sourcing technologies Why Consider This Opportunity?
