AI Solutions Consultant

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an AI Solutions Consultant to identify automation opportunities, build AI-powered solutions, and support enterprise AI adoption across the our client's organization. This individual will work with business stakeholders to streamline processes, develop AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, and create scalable automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with business teams to identify automation and AI opportunities.

• Design and build AI agents, copilots, and knowledge assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Develop and maintain an enterprise AI assistant that provides employees with access to company knowledge, policies, and documentation.

• Create chatbot and Q&A solutions leveraging SharePoint, SQL, and other approved data sources.

• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and related technologies.

• Support AI adoption initiatives and governed deployment of approved AI tools.

• Develop process documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and user training.

• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver practical AI solutions that improve efficiency.

Compensation:

$45/hr to $50/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience in AI, automation, business process improvement, or technical consulting

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code automation tools

Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders

Understanding of AI agents, chatbots, knowledge management, and workflow automation

Strong documentation, training, and communication skills Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions

Power Automate and SQL experience

Experience with SharePoint-based knowledge management

Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and adoption initiatives
