Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RN) for five immediate openings at an established inpatient behavioral health hospital in Fort Worth, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Bring a Friend! Five immediate full-time Behavioral Health RN openings available
• Day and Night Shift opportunities available
• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting
• Perform nursing assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and patient monitoring
• Supervise shift activities while supporting safe, compassionate patient care
• Join an experienced behavioral health team dedicated to improving lives every day

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $70,000-$87,000
• Shift Differential Available

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Day and Night Shifts Available

ROLE
• Complete comprehensive nursing assessments and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Supervise assigned staff and delegate patient care responsibilities
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Deliver high-quality behavioral health nursing care while promoting patient safety and dignity

Requirements:

• Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Registered Nurse Experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 Year Behavioral Health Experience REQUIRED
• Associate Degree in Nursing REQUIRED
• CPR Certification Required Within 30 Days of Hire
• De-Escalation Certification Required Within 30 Days of Hire
• Psychiatric, Chemical Dependency, Dual Diagnosis, or Geriatric Behavioral Health Experience Preferred
