Dermatology Health & Science Specialist VIT - Albany, NY

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive dermatology therapy adoption by engaging healthcare providers, launching products, and navigating reimbursement. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, compliance expertise, and proficiency in both in-person and digital customer engagement across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in specialty dermatology
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, advanced practice providers, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagement
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior
• Navigate formulary access, reimbursement pathways, and patient support resources to improve patient access
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and support product launches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (8+ years with associate's, 10+ with high school diploma)
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Specialty sales experience in dermatology, immunology, or inflammation preferred
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Digital engagement capability and comfort with hybrid selling models
• Ability to travel within assigned territory and reside within workable distance of all business locations

Compensation: $108,600–$250,700 base salary plus sales incentive bonus
