Roofing Project Coordinator

Roofing Project Manager
Do you take pride in accuracy, organization, and making sure projects are done the right way? Are you someone who notices details others miss and enjoys managing multiple moving parts with precision? Integrity Home Exteriors is looking for a Roofing Project Manager who can oversee projects with a strong focus on quality, communication, and execution. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys problem-solving, planning, and maintaining high standards throughout every phase of a project. Responsibilities include communicating with installers, suppliers, and homeowners; reviewing materials, job specifications, and project details; ensuring projects meet company quality standards; tracking progress and resolving project issues efficiently; maintaining documentation and job organization; and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the job and at job completion. Collect final payment at job completion.
The Right Candidate Will:
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoy solving operational problems
- Communicate professionally and clearly
- Hold high standards for workmanship and follow-through
- Work well independently while managing multiple priorities
- Have experience in roofing, construction, or project management
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and walk on a roof
Preferred Qualifications:
- Roofing or exterior construction experience
- Experience measuring/scoping projects
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience managing subcontractors or crews
- Comfortable using technology and project management systems
