This position will primarily manage the daily operations of the College’s Proctoring Center — a secure, in‑person testing environment for make‑up exams, online courses requiring in‑person proctoring, and for students who opt out of using online proctoring for web‑based courses. The Coordinator will ensure compliance with all academic integrity, security, and FERPA requirements while delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff. General Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Proctoring Center, ensuring secure, fair, and consistent administration of assessments. Supervise and schedule part‑time professional tutor/proctors. Design a secure process for the submission of assessments for proctoring. Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty submitting exams for proctoring. Ensure compliance with institutional academic integrity policies, FERPA regulations, and proctoring protocols. Maintain accurate records of testing appointments, incidents, and security logs. Communicate effectively with faculty regarding assessment delivery and retrieval. Manage the physical security of test materials, including chain‑of‑custody procedures. Provide occasional evening and weekend coverage as needed.
