In this fully remote sales role , you’ll earn industry-leading compensation and tap into the proven system that built Equis into a $40M/year agency in less than a decade. Responsibilities: Meet with prospective clients virtually. BMission Viejo Californiauild and maintain professional relationships with clients. Educate families on life i 75000nsurance products and financial protection strategies. Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals. Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records. Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training. Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices. Maintain the required state life insurance license. Qualifications: Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented. Organized with strong time-management skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
