What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of automotive sales experience (preferred)
Energetic, enthusiastic, goal-driven mindset
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Confident persuasion and objection-handling abilities
Self-starter with a competitive edge
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Coachable, adaptable, and always learning
