Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• CA PT License
• One year of home health experience

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week
• Training includes 3 full days, with one in-house day and two field days
• Documentation system: Kinnser
• Equipment issued: iPad, Verizon One Talk
• Required to expand territory as needed
