About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to help a growing Phoenix-area marketing team turn campaign and customer data into actionable insights.

This role will work across digital marketing, lead generation, customer acquisition, campaign reporting, and executive dashboards. You'll partner with marketing leaders and channel owners to understand what's working, what isn't, and where the team should invest next.

The ideal candidate enjoys digging into data but can also explain findings clearly to people who don't live in spreadsheets all day.

What You'll Do

• Analyze performance across digital marketing campaigns and channels

• Build recurring marketing dashboards and performance reports

• Track leads, conversions, pipeline, and campaign attribution

• Monitor website and digital campaign performance in GA4

• Analyze customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and ROI

• Identify trends and opportunities within marketing data

• Partner with paid media, email, content, and digital marketing teams

• Evaluate campaign performance against goals and benchmarks

• Analyze lead quality and movement through the marketing funnel

• Build reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio

• Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership

• Assist with forecasting and marketing budget analysis

• Improve reporting processes and data accuracy

Requirements

• 3-5 years of marketing analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or related experience

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

• Experience with Google Analytics / GA4

• Experience building dashboards and recurring reports

• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs

• Ability to translate data into recommendations

• Comfortable working with large data sets

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
