Retail Sales Associate

We’re hiring a Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role focuses on helping customers explore wireless technology, smartphones, and connectivity solutions while delivering a high-quality, consultative sales experience.

What You’ll Do
- Engage customers through in-person customer engagement in a retail setting
- Guide customers through wireless, smartphone, and connectivity solutions
- Open and activate new customer accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Build rapport and deliver a positive, solutions-focused customer experience
- Track sales activity and performance using company systems
- Stay current on products, promotions, and service offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- Goal-driven mindset with a competitive edge
- Ability to work in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment
- Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (not required)
Pay scale and Benefits:
- Pay range of $600-$1000 weekly.
- Commission: Performance-based commission for meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bonus: Performance bonus based on company profitability and individual contributions.
- Benefits: PTO. This position does not offer traditional benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, or retirement plans.
