Receptionist and Sales Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Sales Assistantto join our team. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Sales Team by maintaining customer information, payment processing, and follow-ups
• Support Operations Team as needed with documentation, inventory, and logistics
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails
• Communicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing orders
• Handling incoming calls and taking messages
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Distributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipments
• Maintaining files and document control
• Responsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoices

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate data
• Excellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 45 WPM
• High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong team player and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and multi task
