This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our sales and operations teams.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for Sales Team by maintaining customer information, payment processing, and follow-upsSupport Operations Team as needed with documentation, inventory, and logisticsMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emailsCommunicating with suppliers and internal customers to check on the progress of existing ordersHandling incoming calls and taking messagesMeeting and greeting visitorsDistributing mail, arranging couriers, freight carriers, and tracking of shipmentsMaintaining files and document controlResponsible for the invoice management, including scanning, returning and creating invoicesQualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteIntermediate level of MS Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate dataExcellent administrative skills with ability to type at least 45 WPMHigh levels of professionalism with strong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong team player and the ability to work under pressureAbility to prioritize and multi taskAt McNICHOLS we reward our team with quarterly incentives, great health and wellness benefits, generous 401k matching, 15 days of PTO, as well as 100% company paid life insurance, disability, wellness, and financial health benefits.
