Receptionist - Level 1
Immediate need for a talented Receptionist - Level 1. This is a 01+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Wood Dale, IL (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Pay Range: $18 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support for a small office environment.
- Coordinate and assist with catering requests and meeting preparations.
- Sign in and manage deliveries, packages, and mail.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies as needed.
- Support the onsite team with various administrative tasks and requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Years of experience: at least 1 year of experience
- Education: at least HS/GED and experience
- Interview Process: 1 virtual/phone call
