Our continued growth has created an opportunity for skilled technicians to join one of the area's most respected mechanical contractors.What You'll Work OnOur technicians service a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including:Rooftop Units (RTUs)Split SystemsAir HandlersVariable Air Volume (VAV) SystemsChillersBoilersMake-Up Air UnitsExhaust & Ventilation SystemsBuilding Automation Controls (working knowledge preferred)You'll diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and communicate directly with customers while representing BCI Mechanical's commitment to quality and professionalism.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skillsAbility to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawingsExcellent customer service and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsNATE CertificationOSHA 10 or OSHA 30Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)Experience servicing multiple commercial HVAC equipment manufacturersWhy Technicians Choose BCI MechanicalWe know great technicians have options.
