CNC MACHINIST — FULL-TIME

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team.

We are a job shop environment specializing in a variety of machining projects. Unlike repetitive production machining, our workload changes regularly, providing the opportunity to work on different parts, setups, materials, and machining challenges.

We are looking for a skilled machinist who has the experience and knowledge to set up, program, and operate CNC equipment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Previous CNC machining experience required
Strong CNC programming and operating skills
Experience setting up CNC machines and tooling
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with precision measuring instruments
Strong understanding of machining tolerances
Ability to make offsets, adjustments, and troubleshoot machining issues
Comfortable working in a job shop where jobs and priorities may change daily
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Dependable and professional work ethic

About the Position

This is a full-time position for an experienced CNC machinist . We are looking for someone who understands the complete machining process and can confidently work from a blueprint through setup, programming, machining, inspection, and completion of a quality finished part.

Our job shop offers variety and new challenges rather than running the same production job every day.
