Essential Responsibilities and Duties Establish and maintain positive classroom environment, including but not limited to establishing a positive rapport with students and families Expected to manage instructional time effectively and maintain a high level of student time‑on‑task. Expected to evaluate student academic growth, maintain accurate records, prepare progress, and grade reports, and communicate frequently with parents on individual student progress. Support student through Math Skill Deficiency – Alg. and Geometry (through iReady and Edganutiy Learning Platform) Reading Skill Support (iReady, MyPath and Edganutity) Monitor and Maintain Student Data related to attendance, academic and social learning Implement targeted student achievement curricular in Math and Reading instruction at Tier II & Tier III, while providing regular updates to all stakeholders (families, administrative team and counseling) Collaborate with Administrative Team to develop individual student plans to prep for High School Diploma or equivalency Coordinate and communicate with outside business and agencies to support students job experience and social/emotional support as needed. Responsible for utilizing data and diagnostic information to develop and revise goals, objectives and assessments to assure student needs are met at the appropriate level of difficulty.
